1. Professionalism First
TNC13™ is a professional digital platform. All users including Agents, Lenders, Inspectors, and Vendors and more... are expected to maintain a high level of professional, Integrity and respect. Any content or behavior deemed unprofessional, harassing, abuse, misleading, harmful or inflammatory will be removed immediately at our discretion.

2. User Responsibility

By using TNC13™, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of your profile, communications and all posts including (Listing, Activities, and Communications)

• Ensuring your activity complies with all applicable laws and regulations

• Your interactions with other users on and off the platform

TNC13™ does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or qualifications of any user, listing or service.

ADVERTISING & DISCLOSURE COMPLIANCE

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all listings, advertisements, profiles, and communications comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, and disclosure laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Providing truthful, accurate, and non-misleading information

• Clearly disclosing any paid promotions, sponsorships, or affiliations

• Ensuring all claims regarding services, pricing, or results are substantiated

TNC13™ does not review or guarantee compliance with advertising laws and is not responsible for any violations by users.

3. Prohibited Content & Language

To ensure a safe environment, our platform may use automated tools to help identify prohibited content. You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that:

• Contains profanity, vulgarity, or obscene language.

• Includes hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or inflammatory political/social commentary.

• Promotes illegal activities or violates applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to real estate and advertising laws.

• Is fraudulent, misleading, or constitutes "spam."

3. The "Three Strikes" Enforcement Policy
To protect our members, we enforce a strict automated warning system:

• Strike 1 (Warning): If our AI flags your content as "Unsafe," the post will be hidden, and you will receive a formal in-app warning.

• Strike 2 (Suspension): Repeated violations may result in suspension at TNC13™ discretion.

• Finality: TNC13™ reserves the right to skip warnings and issue an immediate ban for severe violations, including threats of violence or illegal solicitation.

4. Reporting & Self-Policing
Our community is built on mutual respect. If you encounter content that violates these standards, please use the "Report" tool. All reports are reviewed by our administration team.

5. Fees & Termination
In the event of an account termination due to a violation of these Community Standards, no refunds will be issued for any remaining portion of the monthly subscription fee.

TNC13™ solely as a technology platform and is not a party to any transactions or agreements between users.
