1.SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

TNC13™ offers subscription-based services, including Pro ($149/month) and Elite ($249/month) plans. All subscriptions automatically renew on a recurring 30-day billing cycle.

By completing your purchase, you authorize TNC13™ to charge your selected payment method through Stripe at each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with this policy.

2.NO-REFUND POLICY

TNC13™ provides immediate access to digital platform features, including marketing tools, visibility services, lead exposure, and platform functionality.

Due to the instant delivery of these digital services, all payments are final.

We do not offer:

• Refunds

• Partial refunds

• Prorated credits

• Returns for unused time

This applies to all subscription plans and services.

3.CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Cancellations can be completed through:

• Your Stripe billing portal (link provided after signup or via email)

• Direct request to our support team at admin@tnc13.com

Subscriptions canceled after a billing cycle has started will remain active until the end of that billing period.

4.SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

In the rare event of a significant technical issue that materially limits access to paid features including marketing tools, visibility services, and user generated lead access upon successful payment, TNC13™ may, at its sole discretion, provide a service credit.

This does not constitute a refund and does not waive the no-refund policy.

5.BILLING DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

If you believe a billing issue has occurred, you must contact us first at:

admin@tnc13.com

before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate account suspension

• Termination of platform access

6.ACCOUNT TERMINATION

No refunds will be issued if an account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

By purchasing a subscription or any visibility tool, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy

7.NO REFERRAL FEES / BONA FIDE SERVICES

TNC13™ operates solely as a marketing and technology platform.

All subscription fees are charged for access to advertising, visibility, lead generation tools, and platform features.

TNC13™ does not:

• Sell or exchange leads

• Condition payments on transaction outcomes

• Charge referral fees or commissions

Fees are not tied to the success of any transaction, closing, or referral outcome.

All services provided constitute bona fide services in compliance with applicable laws, including RESPA.

8.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
