TNC13™ does not participate in, facilitate, negotiate, or oversee any real estate transactions between users.

TNC13™ is a marketing and technology platform, NOT a real estate brokerage. All professional services are provided strictly by independent licensed individuals identified on their profiles.

Users (including agents and vendors) are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of all listings and content

• Verifying property details

• Ensuring they have full permission to post any listing or media

TNC13™ does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any user submitted information

• You have proper authorization to advertise the property

• The listing complies with MLS rules and cooperation requirements

• The listing is active and valid

TNC13™ reserves the right to remove any unauthorized or non compliant listings at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

By posting, advertising, or promoting any property on TNC13™, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority and proper authorization from the property owner or rightful party to market and advertise the property.

You farther confirm that such authorization extends to all forms of advertising, including but no limited to third-party platforms, social media, and digital marketing channels.

TNC13™ shall not be responsible for any unauthorized listings. Any user found posting listings without proper authorization may have their content removed and account suspended or terminated.

USER GENERATED CONTENT

TNC13™ reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, including for violations, misuse, or behavior that may harm the platform its users

• Remove content that breaches policies

No refunds will be issued if an account is terminated due to violations of these Terms.

Any interactions, communications, or in-person meetings (including property tours) are conducted at your own risk. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging in any transaction, agreement, or communication.

TNC13™ is not responsible for the safety, actions, or identity of any users.

TNC13™ is a technology platform that allows users, including real estate agents and service providers, to publish profiles, listings and other information. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit, post, or display on the platform.

TNC13™ does not verify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or completeness of any user-generated content. By using the platform, you acknowledge that any reliance on such content is at your own risk. Users must independently verify information, credentials, property details, etc...

TNC13™ reserves the right, but is not obligated, to remove or restrict content that violates applicable laws, these terms, or our platform policies.

TNC13™ does not guarantee any specific results, This includes, but is not limited to connections, inquiries, leads, or business outcomes.

TNC13™ does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of user communications, leads, or property conditions.

By submitting content, you grant TNC13™ a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute such content for platform operations and promotion.

  TNC13™ operates as a marketing and technology platform. All subscription fees are charged solely for access to advertising, visibility, connection tools, and platform features

  TNC13™ does not sell, exchange, or condition compensation on referrals, leads, or the outcome of any transaction. Fees are not contingent upon the success of any transaction, referral or closing.

  All services provided constitute bona fide services in compliance with applicable laws, including RESPA

  TNC13™ does not charge referral fees or commissions on transactions. All fees are solely for access to platform features, marketing tools, visibility, and networking capabilities

TNC13™, our logo, and all original content, features, and functionality on this platform are and will remain the exclusive property of BORREM LLC and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent from the owner.

All user-generated content remains the property of the user; however, by posting content on TNC13™, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

ADVERTISING & DISCLOSURE COMPLIANCE

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all listings, advertisements, profiles, and communications comply with all applicable advertising, marketing, and disclosure laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Providing truthful, accurate, and non-misleading information

• Clearly disclosing any paid promotions, sponsorships, or affiliations

• Ensuring all claims regarding services, pricing, or results are substantiated

  TNC13™ does not review, monitor, or guarantee compliance with advertising laws and disclaims all liability for user violations.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

TNC13™ offers subscription based services that automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize TNC13™ to charge your payment method on file at each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or designated billing portal. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. No partial refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for unused time, including mid-cycle cancellations or account terminations due to violations of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement and any dispute arising from your use of TNC13™ shall be governed by the laws of the state of TEXAS, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNC13™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform
